When is it too late to make beneficial health changes in your life?

A View from the “Wellness Side”

When is it too late to make beneficial health changes in your life?
Is there a point at which you should give in to a habit or situation that is making you unwell?

A View from the “Wellness Side”

When is it too late to make beneficial health changes in your life?
Is there a point at which you should give in to a habit or situation that is making you unwell?

In view of my recent personal loss I feel I must share with you the view of not just myself but Dr. Paul.
There is no such thing as too late! Once you are aware of a habit that is dangerous to your health it is your responsibility to bring your thinking in line with spirit and make the change as best as you can.
A continued effort reflects sincerity in your effort and excepting responsibility.
Giving in to any situation, habit or lifestyle that is making you unwell is to relinquish your personal power over self and choice. Remember you are part of the whole anything that hurts you hurts us all.
Wellness is about more than just your physical body. Self evaluation of your complete self should include; Spirit, Mind and Body.

Dr. Paul had his first heart attack at the age of 35 it took years until he made the changes necessary to keep his illness from quickly progressing. None the less he made them and continued to be proactive in his continued care. He in fact passed during a procedure that may have been a beneficial treatment to his condition. In his own words, “I don’t like it but I’ll do it.”

My father was a spiritual inspiration to so many I pray he will be a practical inspiration as well!
I spent the evening with him before he passed along with my daughter and sister he was aware, awake and laughing as I pretend tap danced for his amusement while he ate cottage cheese and grapes.
We called it dinner and a show.

He lived his life as fully as possible truly living his motto, he sure made the ride last!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty well preserved body; but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming........."WOW! What a ride!"
In Loving memory from a devoted daughter,
