Today I woke up and checked my emails and I see a message from Facebook from a friend I met in Thailand, her name is Jeannette. I see that she is still in Thailand and she posted a picture of herself riding an Elephant and the Elephant was swimming in a river! My first thought was OMG there are alligators in that river!
She looked like she was having a ball and being fearless! I thought to myself I'm moving to Thailand and the first week of packing I was being a real baby about letting go of attachment. This is a reminder of what life is all about, living your life fearless and enjoying every moment you have created for yourself in the "NOW".
Jeanette is traveling alone and enjoying every moment without fear! We have been raised with so much fear that we believe all this is real. When in fact fear is an illusion...as the saying goes False Evidence Appearing Real...
What do I have to be fearful about?...I vacationed there and nothing happened to me...well except when I brushed my teeth with the water there...lol...but that won't happen again I assure you!...What else? my health? well I have been paying through the nose for health insurance for the past 15 years and I have never been sick a day in my life where I had to use the insurance.
So what else do I have to be fearful about? Leaving my family and friends behind? You can never leave your family and friends! They will always be your family and your friends! So now instead of just dreaming about being adventurous "I will" be adventurous in experiencing all the wonder that our wonderful Universe has to offer me without fear!
Below are a few things I wanted to share with you that will make you think...along with a great short video that will drive the my point home. One day I will post a picture of me on the back of an Elephant but not going through a river, I'm brave but I'm also not fearlessly crazy...lol

If you knew that in one year you would leave the planet, what would
you do today?

~Coaching Tip~
Break your goals into several manageable steps. Often we
procrastinate because a task appears too huge or daunting. Reduce
the size of tasks into small, manageable steps and you'll find
yourself accomplishing your intended outcomes almost by accident
and with much greater ease. By; Thea of ForwardstepsClick Here for the best Personal Coaching.
Thank you Thea I really needed to hear your message today! And thank you Jeanette for showing what fearless looks like!
